Inviting applications for the role of Wellbeing Coordinator – Management Trainee – English – On Site Bucharest!
Position Purpose
Well-being Coordinator will drive the well-being program end-to-end. He/ she/ they will outline, plan, and facilitate well-being activities and programs as per the client and employee base requirements and monitor the results of the initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and relevance in collaboration with Global wellbeing Lead.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the global well-being lead, manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base.
  • Coordinate with the operations team and the well-being coaches in planning and successful execution of workshops/ seminars, preventive health camps etc.
  • Vendor management and management of full process for the wellbeing vendors.
  • Undertake regular surveys to identify well-being needs and impact of well-being program.
  • Develop slides and present wellness insight in WBRs/MBRs.
  • Maintain a detailed record of well-being activities for the employee base, participation rates on the same and their feedback.
  • Develop well-being network by identifying and working with point-of-contacts in each process.
  • Develops promotion, awareness plans for well-being programs.
  • Assist the operations team with policy and procedure inputs relevant to the operation of well-being programs.
  • Collate and prepare the weekly activity reports/ client presentations on wellbeing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders (Operations, HR, Legal, Facilities etc.) and coordinate floating various initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and implement programs that comply with the local workplace regulations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Relevant experience in developing and driving workplace well-being or corporate employee engagement programs.
  • At least a background in psychology with a keen interest in the wellness space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
  • Basic understanding of data collection and data analysis.
  • Ability to work and maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Prior experience of managing wellbeing and engagement initiatives in the Trust and Safety space

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counselling, or related field required.
