Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and executes at a minimum monthly group counseling sessions and individual coaching sessions
  • Provides crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consults with external EAP provider when needed.
  • Conducts trainings, screenings, surveys and health-risk assessments as needed.
  • Engages in staff and leadership meetings, case management, and consults with program manager as needed.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team.
  • Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of operations.
  • Tracks the administration and completion of Performance Evaluations for the assigned Engagements’ Performance Management Program as necessary
  • Conducts assessments of an organization’s current health status to identify any potential risks to employees
  • Leads efforts to ensure associates develop support in the areas of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in relation to the operations of the counselling services

Skills and Experience:

  • Min 5 + years of experience in employee wellbeing, public health education, health + wellness benefits or related field.
  • Graduate Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. Minimum 3 years clinical experience. Certification and/or Licensure is required by certifying board
  • Must be certified or licensed to provide individual and group counseling session
  • Experience in crisis management program planning, and prevention
  • Experience leading and facilitating wellness classes or groups
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Comfortable with 24/7 working hours
  • Having working experience with corporate BPO will be an advantage
