ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered work wear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
We have a range of opportunities available for hospitality professionals to join our support services team at Western Ranges Construction Village, located near Paraburdoo.

Seeking professionals in the following areas:

• Bar and Retail Attendants
• Departmental Supervisors
• Housekeeping and Industrial Cleaners
• Site Administrators

What you need to apply:

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, mining, or retail fields
• Full working rights
• Ready and able to work 14 days on 7 days off, 11-hour day.
• RSA required for Bar and Retail position
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Valid national police clearance
• White card – mandatory
• Supervisors: Approved Managers
• Successful completion of a full Medical and Drug and Alcohol
