Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In your role as a subject matter expert trainer, you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing diverse learning and development (L&D) strategies tailored to trainees to align with our business objectives.
Ensuring the smooth and effective execution of these L&D initiatives, you’ll also oversee administrative and support functions for L&D programmes within software development and data engineering. Your duties encompass conducting various training sessions, both virtually and in-person, conducting thorough training needs assessments, exploring emerging training domains, and mitigating potential risks associated with training endeavours.

ENGAGE WITH BOTH MANAGEMENT AND CLIENTS TO EFFECTIVELY ALIGN THEIR EXPECTATIONS REGARDING CANDIDATES’ CAPABILITIES AND UNDERSTANDING OF PROSPECTIVE ROLES:

  • Facilitate candidate selection through thorough assessments.
  • Evaluate requirements and incorporate feedback as necessary.
  • Offer advice and guidance to colleagues to ensure alignment of expectations with service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and provide clear direction to trainees.
