Role overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our
WGSN team in Melbourne. This role reports into the Head of Account Management, APAC, and is tasked to manage and support the growth of WGSN’s clients within the ANZ region.
The role will use a consultative style to build key client relationships, identify business opportunities and manage a strategy to help achieve customer success & growth.

The team
We have a high performing diverse team based in Melbourne. The team has worked incredibly hard over the past year to achieve outstanding results. You will be joining this integral team where support, learning and team spirit will allow you to settle comfortably into the role and grow.

Key accountabilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maximise client success & growth
  • Develop initiatives that build long term strategic relationships and deliver results
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities across our subscription and consultancy services
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams including Client Services, Marketing, Content and Operations, ensuring all activities are considered from a client’s perspective
  • Continually seek new ways of delivering value and building our customer relationships

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • Experienced sales professional, with solid, demonstrable experience in a B2B environment (experience within the Retail/Fashion industry is a plus)
  • Deeply knowledgeable & curious about local & regional businesses and markets
  • Ability to engage & influence at a senior level
  • Well researched and able to effectively articulate creative solutions
  • Successful sales track record and a diligent approach to delivering against KPIs
  • Experience within market research / consultancy / SaaS is highly regarded
