Description:

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking for Admin & Support Assistants to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as San Jose, Costa Rica.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MRPT certification or RSO Clearance.
  • High school degree
  • At least two (2) years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • FSI level 3/3 English, FSI level 4/4 Spanish.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Government, law enforcement, or project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budget formulation, financial planning, and execution of department’s annual budget.
  • Apply analytical techniques to provide information and recommend improvements.
  • Responsible for a variety of liaison activities within and outside of the immediate office setting. Assignments include but not limited to monitoring meetings at post with other agency counterparts to discuss various administrative policies and procedures, as well as on-going and future projects.
  • Accurately review purchase requests, funding, and use of appropriate purchasing procedures.
  • Monthly and yearly reconciliation of accounts, accounting of lease agreements, and rental payments.
  • Organize, schedule, and direct administrative work of team members as directed.
  • Coordinate pertinent evaluations of meetings, progress, and related goals and objectives.
  • Manage inventory and record keeping.
  • Clerical, administrative, travel, and logistical support.
  • Local and international travel may be required.
