Responsibilities:
- Achieve top line sales
- Ensure good roster management
- Assist in recruitment
- Focus on staff development and training
- Ensure the establishment is clean and tidy at all times
- Deal with guest enquiries, including emailing and taking phone calls
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
- Ensure Health and Safety is met at all levels
- Manage and conform with regulatory licensing requirement
