Job Description
Title
Wholesale Account Associate, Sales Support
Overview
Primary responsibility of this position is to own, manage and enhance sales for a particular set of Independent and National accounts and to provide superior customer service to our authorized retailers. This position will be working with the Regional Account Managers and Directors to help foster and maintain excellent partnerships and maximize sales.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Regional Managers/National Directors in the daily management of selected Independent/National accounts
  • Works in direct partnership with Regional Account Managers and Directors to facilitate total account management and aide in achieving sales plan
  • Manages account order analysis for every account/door – manages past cancel POs, weekly replenishment, and reporting all order activity to the account and Regional Manager/National Director.
  • Total Market participation. Inclusive of order form development, assist with product presentation, Boss platform management, order review/PO# confirmation, final submission and delivery.
  • Aids Regional Managers/National Directors in any additional projects/analysis per account as needed
  • Co-manages Boss replenishment automation for Independent accounts
  • Trunk show and event calendar management for all participating doors- reviewing event dates, coverage, managing trunk lists and packages, as well as shipping and returns.
  • Analysis of sales and performance, reviewing opportunities for sales and reorders. Emphasis on replenishment opportunities, especially during peak periods, events, and in store promotional periods.

Qualifications

  • Work Experience: 1-2+ years Wholesale or Retail Experience, Luxury Goods preferred. Internships in related field a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook and Word.
  • Proficiency in Excel skills a must.
  • Retail Math knowledge a must.

Education
Four-year college degree. Major in related field preferred.

Range- $60,000-$65,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
