- 3+ years PAE in Wills and Estates Law;

Responsibilities:
Joining the Wills & Estates practice, you will work closely with the Special Counsel acting for a diverse range of clients, many of whom have been clients since the firm first opened their doors. Some of the work you will be exposed to will include:
- Planning and drafting of Wills
- General and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Complex estate planning, including succession of family trusts, corporate entities, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), establishing testamentary discretionary trusts, business succession planning, asset and wealth protection strategies and protective and special trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries
- Deceased estate administration, including Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, for both testate and intestate matters
- Representing executors, trustees and beneficiaries (including charitable organisations) in relation to their rights and obligations throughout the deceased estate administration process
You will also have the opportunity to work with the litigation team on cross referrals to ensure timely outcomes and continuity of care for your clients.
