Description:

White Flyer a division of Olin Winchester, LLC (“Winchester”), considered one of the world’s leading ammunition and sporting clay target manufacturers, is seeking Production Operators - Hourly. This position will be located at the Webb City, MO facility supporting our White Flyer business. The starting wage for a Production Operator is $19.00/hour plus $1.25/hour for afternoon and midnight shift differential. POSITION REQUIREMENTS*:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Stable work history. Prior production line experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a forklift preferred.
  • Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain and keep work area clean.
  • Current shift straight midnight (S/3). Must have flexibility to work other shifts and weekends, as needed.
  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
  • Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
  • Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
  • Performs quality checks.
  • Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.
