To live true to our vision and to strengthen our Nordic wind team we are now searching for a WIND POWER TRAINEE for a full-time and fixed-term position of 12 months, with a possibility to finalize your studies with us.
As a Wind Power Trainee, you will take on the responsibilities related to wind parks we operate on behalf of our services business customers. Your main responsibility is to support the asset management team to manage, supervise and control the operations of wind parks through subcontractors. As your knowledge of wind power grows, you will have different responsibilities according to your abilities and interests.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR HAS

• a suitable technical educational background
• self-driven personality with the ability to independently identify and solve issues
• highly analytical and curious mindset
• willingness to travel (driving license is needed)
• fluent Finnish and English; Swedish or Norwegian is a benefit
• strong interest towards the renewable power sector and growing into an expert
• driver’s license and will to move as needed if required
