Join AGL’s Team as a Wind Turbine Technician – Hallet wind farm (Electricians and Mechanical Tradespeople welcome to apply)

Your Role:
As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll be responsible for the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of AGL’s wind farms. Conduct scheduled servicing, repairs, inspections, and monitoring at the Hallet wind farms. Work with a skilled team, including Service Technicians, HV Operators/Senior Technicians, a Lead Technician, dedicated Site Supervisor, and AGL’s support functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform scheduled wind turbine maintenance servicing and repairs.
  • Conduct periodic inspections, monitoring, and reporting on asset condition.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental care.
  • Participate in shift start toolboxes, hazard identification, and proactive risk management activities.

About You:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade qualification.
  • Experience as a technician in wind farms operations and maintenance (preferred) or similar power generation/industrial sites.
  • Willingness to work at heights and in confined environments.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Can relocate to South Australia
