Responsibilities:
- Presentation Material Preparation:
- Collaborate with department managers to prepare presentation materials.
- Format documents, slides, and visual aids for internal and external presentations.
- Ensure that presentation materials adhere to organizational standards.
- Data Gathering and Input:
- Gather data from various sources for use in reports and presentations.
- Input data accurately into relevant systems and databases.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with department managers and other team members to meet project and reporting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
- Documentation and Records Management:
- Organize and maintain departmental documents and records.
- Implement and manage a filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and executing departmental events or workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and materials.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
- Provide training or guidance on departmental tools and procedures.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the Group Ops Alignment Manager or Department Head
