Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Material Preparation:
  • Collaborate with department managers to prepare presentation materials.
  • Format documents, slides, and visual aids for internal and external presentations.
  • Ensure that presentation materials adhere to organizational standards.
  • Data Gathering and Input:
  • Gather data from various sources for use in reports and presentations.
  • Input data accurately into relevant systems and databases.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department managers and other team members to meet project and reporting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Seek opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
  • Documentation and Records Management:
  • Organize and maintain departmental documents and records.
  • Implement and manage a filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Event Planning:
  • Assist in planning and executing departmental events or workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and materials.
  • Training and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Provide training or guidance on departmental tools and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the Group Ops Alignment Manager or Department Head
