We are also extremely passionate and committed to developing our future leaders and supporting you to realise your potential through an incredible development program.
We have opportunities for women who are interested in leading large teams in the aluminium industry and who want to enhance their skills to become successful leaders in our business, to start in August. No experience in the mining or aluminium industries is required—we are interested in your passion for leadership and your unique skills and experience.
