Job Summary: This is a fast paced administrative law/litigation associate position. A qualified candidate shall be able to handle the demands and pace of litigation representing insurance companies and large public/private companies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A law degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri
- Preference given to attorneys with prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law
- Preference given to attorneys who bring forth their own base of clients

Responsibilities:
- Taking depositions of Plaintiffs, witnesses, experts, and other parties.
- Conducting written discovery.
- Performing legal research.
- Maintaining knowledge of current on legal developments in case law and statutory changes in order to advise clients.
- Drafting pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Conducting trials, hearings, and conferences with judges throughout the state.
- Participate in marketing events such as conferences with prospective clients.
