Description:
We are currently seeking An Electrical Instrumentation and Control (EIC) Work Coordinator to join our team at Victoria Mill based In Ingham, Far North Queensland - Renowned for it’s lush tropical scenery and stunning costal landscapes.
As the Work Coordinator you will be responsible for safely and effectively identifying and coordinating works associated with the execution of maintenance and capital tasks for mill assets within defined strategy areas.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
We are seeking motivated individual with previous leadership experience who can effectively communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels. You will be able to successfully engage and motivate a team towards common goals to achieve performance targets and business goals. You will hold trade qualifications in an Electrical discipline and be able to demonstrate practical experience of leadership within the sugar industry or similar heavy industrial environments. Additional relevant tertiary qualifications are highly favourable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support the site EIC teams and operations team to ensure their responsibilities are execute
- Work closely with a diverse team to develop and implement effective maintenance and capital strategies
- Monitor and manage team performance.
- Develop and coordinate the weekly schedule and contribute to the long-term program review
- Coordinate resources required for maintenance and capital works including breakdown/shutdowns.
- In-field fault finding and rectification
- Monitor and manage team safety and quality compliance
