Sales Executive at BairesDev
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Commercial team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities. Our sales team has a unique opportunity to receive hundreds of qualified leads monthly.

Main Activities:

  • Utilize Sales Tools to contact and convert leads.
  • Establish rapport and schedule meetings via email.
  • Engage in quality online conversations to generate qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to develop prospect strategies.
  • Ensure proper quantity and quality of presentations.
  • Present, promote, and sell our platform to prospective customers using solid arguments.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and skilled in networking with decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (or Portuguese).

Desirable:

  • 3+ years of experience in PaaS, SaaS, or educational sales.
  • Business degree or relevant sales certification.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
