Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Safety Management Plans (SMP), standards, and procedures set by vendors to adhere to national and international standards, achieve project and business goals, and maintain a secure, safe working environment.
You will oversee TFNSW and Vendor compliance for Rail Safety Worker (RSW) & RIW processes, encompassing identification, competence assessment, fatigue, and D&A protocols to uphold health and safety standards, provide training, certify rail safety workers, and manage competencies.
Deliver health and safety consulting services, offering specialized rail safety advice and assistance, and assess the impact of new or proposed regulations. Adjust existing services or procedures as needed to support compliance assurance and change control processes.
Actively contribute to fostering a positive organisational safety culture by advocating and exemplifying safe behaviours and practices and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
