Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Work Order Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office
About the Role
Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Work Order Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join our growing company.
Nature of position: Casual / Full-time hours
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Reporting Line: Scheduling Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit
  • Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians
  • If required, obtain from field supervisors technical information about a Work Order to understand the triage action
  • Accurate data entry in client’s systems and Excel sheets
  • Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager
  • Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essential
  • Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
  • Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • High level attention to detail
