As an Office & Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the timely and proper completion of administrative tasks in personnel administration and office organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their experience in Office Management and HR field in a fast-paced startup and is eager to get involved in different topics and employee data management.
Tasks

You will support our Office Management, HR and Finance team in all administrative and organizational tasks:

  • Managing the employee lifecycle process including contract management, onboarding, offboarding
  • Maintaining employee data and ensuring information recorded in the HR system and other HR databases are up to date and accurate
  • Drafting and issuing employment contracts, amendments and another document as requested
  • Support with collection and consolidation of data for monthly payroll
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administration of office supplies
  • Monitor and register incoming invoices
  • Travel management
