REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Active Workday Time Tracking certification
• 3 to 4+ years of experience in Workday Time Tracking
• Experience leading a team of consultants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design reporting solutions and ensure project success
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project teams
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all payroll solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Time Tracking trends and best practices

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking and be able to lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead a team of consultants to deliver Workday Time Tracking solutions to our clients
• Design and configure Workday Time Tracking solutions
• Develop and execute test plans
• Provide guidance and support to the project team
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard of quality
• Provide training and support to clients
• Stay up-to-date with Workday Time Tracking updates and enhancements
