Job Summary
Barings is seeking a temporary HRIS Functional Analyst to support our Talent Management and Talent Acquisition functions with enhancements, reporting, and troubleshooting. During the contract, this person will assist in day to day troubleshooting as well as implementing enhancements as requested by the functional teams. This may include new or updated letter templates, updates to business processes and notifications, edits to career site templates, and updates to reporting and dashboards. Larger projects could include implementation of Workday’s Candidate Engagement product, implementation and support of VNDLY, or configuration of Interview Scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in Workday’s Talent Management and Recruiting modules with a solid understanding of configuration for onboarding, learning, job requisitions, job applications, offers, performance reviews, and goals. Candidate should have experience with security, and drive document configuration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HCM functional area: business process changes, notifications, alerts, and letters.
  • Provide reporting and analysis support to HRIS, HR Operations, and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Support HRIS in general troubleshooting through SNOW tickets.
  • Assist in process improvements to gain efficiency and ensure data integrity across HR.
  • Develop Workday reports to provide key trends and insights for business leaders, including recruitment and retention, compensation, and DEI.
  • Enhance employee, manager and HR hubs and dashboards to provide an enhanced user experience,
  • Analyze security changes or role assignments required to ensure report provides accurate results for end users.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the HRIS team to support testing internal changes and bi-annual releases for Workday.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules. Experience in HCM is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Workday reporting including advanced, calc fields, and worksheets.
  • Minimum of 1 year creating standard and custom dashboards and letter templates.
  • Minimum of 1 year Workday security including updating domain, business process policy, and user group assignments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience or knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
