Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Workday Support Lead, you will lead our Workday HRIS functional support team, driving innovation and excellence in our HR operations. You’ll be a key player in leading, planning, maintaining, and enhancing our Workday platform to support HR processes, managers, and employees. In this dynamic role, you’ll use your expertise to oversee the functional configuration and support of RHC’s Workday solution. You’ll ensure smooth operation by working with the Technical Support Team, advising on the product roadmap, and implementing system updates and enhancements. Your deep understanding of HRIS, business processes, and excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in maximising the functionality of our Workday system. REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the day-to-day administration of the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and system security.
- Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues.
- Collaborate with the people operations and payroll teams to manage and maintain data accuracy in the Workday system.
- Ensure Workday configurations align with HR compliance regulations and legal requirements.
- Proactively implement new Workday features to enhance system efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of HRIS processes.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending and implementing optimisations.
