SENIOR HRIS WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Start Date: ASAP - Can accommodate a normal notice period
Duration: +6 months + extension very likely
Location: 3 days in Dublin, 2 day remote
Hours per week: Full time 40Hrs
Pay: €450 - €500 Per day - Negotiable
I am working with a leading global tech company based in Dublin to find a Senior HRIS Analyst to be part of their HR Operations Team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Manager you will be responsible for providing Workday technical support, configuration, and security maintenance while partnering with regional teams and centers of excellence for HCM maintenance and optimal system functionality.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that would be able to start this project ASAP, however, we can accommodate a reasonable notice period.

Responsibilities:

Support the use of Workday including HCM Workflows, Self Service, Talent Management, Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting & Analytics.
Implement configuration changes to existing functionality using control methodology. Assess functional configuration changes for impact to business processes, other system values, and integrations. Complete system and user acceptance testing.
Create and maintain Compensation, Absence, and Benefit plans. Evaluate relationship between plans, eligibility rules, business process definitions, and integrations.
Comprehend workflow definitions. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for any workflow issues.
Develop system expertise for support of complex and new functionality.
Complete mass uploads for complex events in Workday and provide regional training on data mass uploads.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of system issues.
Partner with COEs on system functionality, configuration and documentation.
