Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.
  • Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.
  • Work with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, to enable data exchange with external systems.
  • Collaborate with functional and integration leads to understand and analyze business requirements, conducting working sessions with clients as necessary.
  • Partner with clients and third-party vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business processes.
  • Participate in Workday R1/R2 release reviews and testing, identifying the impact of new release features on existing integrations.
  • Provide post-production support and assist with the implementation of integration solutions.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when needed to ensure project success
