Description:
OVERVIEW
The People & Places Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) team is looking for a new team member with deep experience designing flexible, scalable, business-facing analytics & reporting solutions in Workday. This role is crucial for delivering on Intuit’s vision of accelerating data driven people decisions across our business with a focus on our top company priorities. Applying your expertise in data visualization and data storytelling, you will partner closely with leaders from HR and the business to understand their analytics needs and create dynamic, interactive reporting and analytics solutions that delight your customers and drive action. You will be responsible for these solutions end-to-end, starting with deeply falling in love with the customer problem, to building the right solution, to collecting ongoing feedback through multiple iterations that drive continuous improvement. Your efforts will enable us to create amazing people experiences through data - in order to contribute to the larger mission of ‘maximizing the potential of our employees’ and accelerating Intuit’s business growth.
