MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Testing experience in deployments for Payroll including WD payroll or other payroll systems
  • Experience with integrations from Workday to Payroll systems will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience with at least two Workday programs as Test Lead / Coordinator.
  • Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan.
  • Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, etc.
  • Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance.
  • Familiarity with different test implementation phases, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and technologies, with a specific emphasis on integrations from Workday.
  • Experience with various test tools
  • Ideally Spanish speaking, for the LATAM based role
    As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the APAC or LATAM region, so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for Workday Test Coordinators to be involved in a global Workday Payroll implementation programme, based in the LATAM and APAC regions.
You will collaborate alongside the client’s Global Test Lead to craft and implement a robust testing strategy that ensures the program’s seamless functionality. You’ll be at the forefront of coordination, working closely with the vendor’s deployment team to guarantee the smooth operation of all testing procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous planning, precise execution, and insightful reporting across various implementation phases. The successful candidate must have experience testing Workday Payroll, will be expected to adhere to standard test management methodology and best practice with a keen understanding of the systems development life cycle (STLC).
As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
