    Procare’s Investigations Division are seeking a Workers Compensation Portfolio Manager to lead the growth of our Workers Compensation Portfolio. Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the WC insurance portfolio and ensure effective management of referrals, personnel, and client relationships;
  • Carry out the initial triage & allocation of matters, & manage skilled WC investigators;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance;
  • Assist with statistical reporting & file auditing;
  • QC the portfolio, ensuring we deliver quality outcomes and are compliant with relevant Codes; and
  • Have the progression opportunity to provide investigator training & education.
