Procare’s Investigations Division are seeking a Workers Compensation Portfolio Manager to lead the growth of our Workers Compensation Portfolio. You must be a high calibre individual with demonstrated relevant experience, tenacity and a commitment to drive excellent outcomes. Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Oversee the WC insurance portfolio and ensure effective management of referrals, personnel, and client relationships;
- Carry out the initial triage & allocation of matters, & manage skilled WC investigators;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance;
- Assist with statistical reporting & file auditing;
- QC the portfolio, ensuring we deliver quality outcomes and are compliant with relevant Codes; and
- Have the progression opportunity to provide investigator training & education.
