Description:

WORKFORCE AND ROSTERING MANAGER

Mayflower is seeking an experienced Workforce and Rostering Manager to support us in
ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in rostering and workforce management.

About the role:

  • Lead and support the rostering team to ensure efficient allocation of the workforce
  • Coordinate rostering activities across Mayflower
  • Engage and support the rostering team to ensure rosters reflect the operational needs

of the respective Mayflower sites

  • Develop policies and procedures for the processes in relation to establishment,

maintenance and variations to rosters

  • Update, create and implement new workflows and processes to ensure synergy

between the Rostering Team and operational areas

  • Identify new opportunities for stakeholders to maximise value using the Humanforce

platform

  • Identify and analyse relevant data and trends impacting resources.
  • Recommend and implement tactical solutions to improve performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NDIS check or ability to obtain one
  • Up to date vaccination certificate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to efficiently

collaborate with stakeholders

  • Proven leadership and management ability
  • Previous experience using rostering systems (preferably Humanforce)

Desirable:

  • Experience working in aged care industry.
