Description:
WORKFORCE AND ROSTERING MANAGER
Mayflower is seeking an experienced Workforce and Rostering Manager to support us in
ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in rostering and workforce management.
About the role:
- Lead and support the rostering team to ensure efficient allocation of the workforce
- Coordinate rostering activities across Mayflower
- Engage and support the rostering team to ensure rosters reflect the operational needs
of the respective Mayflower sites
- Develop policies and procedures for the processes in relation to establishment,
maintenance and variations to rosters
- Update, create and implement new workflows and processes to ensure synergy
between the Rostering Team and operational areas
- Identify new opportunities for stakeholders to maximise value using the Humanforce
platform
- Identify and analyse relevant data and trends impacting resources.
- Recommend and implement tactical solutions to improve performance.

The successful candidate will have:
- NDIS check or ability to obtain one
- Up to date vaccination certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to efficiently
collaborate with stakeholders
- Proven leadership and management ability
- Previous experience using rostering systems (preferably Humanforce)
Desirable:
- Experience working in aged care industry.
