Description:
The Workforce Business Partner Team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team as a Workforce Business Partner.
The Workforce Business Partner role provides workforce support to designated divisions within the Trust and supports the Senior Workforce Business Partner to deliver both the strategic and operational people agenda.
As a Workforce Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Workforce Business Partner to deliver both the strategic and operational people agenda across your designated divisions, supporting implementation within your areas of responsibility. You will manage and support delivery of the employee relations agenda and ensure key workforce metrics are delivered. You will support divisions with a range of people priorities including workforce planning, change management, talent & succession and staff engagement. You will lead on specific projects aligned with the Workforce Strategic Plan and you will play a fundamental role in the delivery of effective, efficient and agile HR and OD practices to ensure provision of a service that meets organisational objectives and performance targets.
You will have demonstrable experience in complex employee relations matters, workforce planning, change management, staff engagement and partnership working.
The role is based within our friendly and supportive HR/Workforce Business Partner Team.
