Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for keeping an eye on problems, deciding which ones are most important, and making sure that Field Technicians quickly help our important customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Keep an eye on messages from clients or the Field Services Team, and deal with them quickly.
  • Make sure the information in our systems is correct so we can track all problems properly and make sure customers are happy.
  • Look at when Technicians are free and how busy different areas are to help decide what the Field Services Team should do next, and sometimes give tasks directly to the Field Technicians.
  • Liaise with Sub- contractors and Agents to assist with meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
