Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail to join Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust’s dynamic, fast-paced Workforce Deployment Team.
The Workforce Deployment Administrator Assistant role requires a driven and highly adaptable person with the ability to move between responsibilities dependant on service need.
Record accurately all appropriate information on electronic recording system(s).
Immediately inform the Senior Data Technician of problems pertaining to the system(s).
Provide appropriate information to Trust managers as required.
Liaise with managers / staff about any issues relating to the administration of electronic recording systems.
Use routine reports to ensure that electronic records are kept up to date and accurate.
Investigate and where appropriate make corrections to any anomalies identified by Trust managers / clinicians.
Provide ad hoc reports using electronic recording system(s) in response to queries from managers.
Assist with the production and distribution of correspondence and literature associated with electronic recording system(s).
Respond promptly and courteously to all calls.
Maintain filing system associated electronic recording system(s).
To undertake any other appropriate tasks as requested by the managers.
