Responsibilities:
The Workforce Development Financial Analyst is responsible for Workforce Development & Talent Acquisition data analytics, along with budgeting & forecasting for Workforce Development and Talent Acquisition programs. This position is accountable for program data, analysis and verification of data integrity, as well as budget trending & reporting. Works collaboratively with both Finance and People Analytics to ensure data needed for departmental analysis is accurate, complete, and provided timely to meet all deadlines.
