QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 5 + years of workforce development experience

Preferred:

  • Active U.S. government security clearance
  • 1 + year of experience in management consulting
  • 1+ year of defense industrial base or manufacturing sector experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce development efforts for the defense industrial base sector to include stakeholder engagement and strategic planning & implementation
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Support various public sector clients and stakeholders in their human capital transformation and workforce development efforts
  • Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Lead projects and workstreamsOversee professional development of junior staff
