QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5 + years of workforce development experience
Preferred:
- Active U.S. government security clearance
- 1 + year of experience in management consulting
- 1+ year of defense industrial base or manufacturing sector experience

Responsibilities:
- Support workforce development efforts for the defense industrial base sector to include stakeholder engagement and strategic planning & implementation
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Support various public sector clients and stakeholders in their human capital transformation and workforce development efforts
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Assist in proposal development, as requested
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
- Lead projects and workstreamsOversee professional development of junior staff
