From troubleshooting workforce management software issues to identifying opportunities for improvement, as a Workforce Management Systems Specialist, you’ll keep our Customer Service team running smoothly. By analyzing data and managing projects, you’ll ensure we deliver the legendary experiences our customers love and expect!

Position Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for NICE workforce management software, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with IT, business partners and vendors for optimal performance.
- Identify system enhancement opportunities with the WFM team, providing support and training for improved efficiencies.
- Audit and analyze operational data and provide improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage project execution for Holiday builds, PTO requests and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain data in applications such as NICE WFM System, Excel, SQL and Power BI dashboards.
- Document processes and tools comprehensively for seamless operations.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve reporting and data discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative responsibility using WFM scheduling software. NICE WFM (IEX) system experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience using Excel. with strong understanding of formula definitions. SQL knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
