Known worldwide for revolutionising the hospitality industry, our client is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst with strong multi-partner scheduling skills to join their team. This contract role is a crucial one as you’ll primarily be producing resource requirement levels for multiple business units and channels.

• Partnering with stakeholder teams to ensure WFP are providing the best possible requirements and management of partner resources to service the Community.
• Communicating results and insights, and educating through insightful visualisations, reports, and presentations.
• Providing analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency.
• Understanding reasons for forecast variance and recommending changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness.
• Managing, building and tracking/reporting schedule demand for multiple partner sites with multiple channels and languages across a shared queue environment.
• Analysing and reporting historical data, trends and performance data to identify opportunities to operate more effectively and efficiently.
