KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Administration, maintenance, and management of event templates for the Deputy system, ensuring rosters are computed, sent, and inputted into Deputy to meet all deadlines
  • Liaise with the Event Managers to ensure numbers and positions are rostered as required by the Hirer and Event Operations Department
  • Establishing strong rapport with the casual team and be the main point of contact, including event days
  • Monitoring phone calls and emails, and responding to all casual team enquiries
  • Ensuring all HR functions are delivered ethically and within legislative guidelines, alongside ensuring all policies and procedures are followed correctly
  • Coaching the broader Marvel Stadium Operations department on EBA requirements
  • Assist Workforce Planning Manager in all aspects of recruitment, training, and performance management of casual event team members, as required
  • Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role
  • Support and contribute to the success of the broader team

Responsibilities:

This is a full time position supporting the Workforce Planning Team with the coordination and administration for the Marvel Stadium Operations department, ensuring all rostering requirements are met to enable us to deliver outstanding customer service to all.
