ABOUT THE ROLE

As an organisation, we are committed to best practice within the area of Workforce Planning and are on a journey that is seeing us lead the way in workforce planning management and as such have a great opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planning - Systems Analyst (Dimensions (UKG/Kronos).

A bit about the role:

  • As the Workforce Planning Systems Analyst, you will partner with the Workforce Planning Systems lead to build and manage the operation of the RTA platform and ensure the system configuration and configuration of rules are fit for purpose
  • You will partner with and provide support to each of our brand’s operations teams to ensure that we are delivering compliant and optimised rosters in the simplest way for stores.
  • Your responsibilities will also include improving and maintaining the configuration of the system in collaboration with UKG and the Systems Lead, as well as monitoring data quality and performance metrics
  • You will manage collaborative relationships across various areas of the business, including our ER and Payroll teams
  • Your key areas of focus will include Workforce Compliance, Workforce Optimisation and Efficiency across our Workforce Systems
  • You will work closely with UKG to help provide input into the Dimensions platform through active relationships across AU and US UKG teams

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • You will come from a similar background in workforce planning in a large or complex organisation
  • You have strong configuration and functional knowledge of Kronos/UKG Dimensions and other workforce planning systems
  • You may have experience in Payroll and interpreting and implementing industrial agreements
  • You may have knowledge of productivity systems, labour drivers and standards and configuration within a Kronos driven environment
  • You are adept at managing a range of both internal and external stakeholder relations including collaboration with and reporting into the Senior and Executive leadership team
