About the role
This role aims to deliver high-quality HR Data Insights to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization. The position plays a crucial role in transforming intricate data sets into clear, concise, and actionable outputs for HR stakeholders.
You will work in a closely knit team of amazing individuals helping to build an understanding of the value of workforce reporting analytics and will assist us in the democratisation of data
About you
As a Remuneration & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing People & Culture metrics, dashboards & reports that offer valuable insights driving critical business decisions. Your role involves providing actionable recommendations to guide decision-making at various levels within the organisation.
You have a genuine passion for continuous improvement and relish delving into complex problems to find solutions. Your focus on results, coupled with a deep sense of ownership and a proven history of delivering, sets you apart. Proficiency in data management and analysis empowers you to make well-informed decisions effectively.
A day in the life of this role might start with some coffee empowered data modelling and finding the best visualisations to turn big data into actionable insights before shifting into team based problem solving as our stakeholders come to us for the data they need to make informed decisions
