As our Workforce Scheduler, reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our team members regarding rostering, payroll and policy-related queries to achieve a one-stop guest service solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Update rosters to coordinate daily operational staffing requirements.
  • Ensure inbox and messaging systems requests are actioned on daily basis.
  • Prepare and finalise time files for payroll processing with high level of accuracy.
  • Ensuring all allocated rostered team members records are accurate and maintained in the rostering database, including leave, absenteeism, turnover and resignations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service to the team member base, on rostering, time and attendance payroll and policy related queries.
