Description:

NOVANT HEALTH IS LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT HAVE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TIME KEEPING AND ATTENDANCE SYSTEMS. CANDIDATES CAN BE LOCATED IN WINSTON SALEM, CHARLOTTE, OR WILMINGTON, NC.

The P&C Talent Insights Analyst compiles and analyzes Human Resources data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. This position will support the implementation of enterprise resource planning for the P&C Team, the integration of information systems for merger and acquisition activity across HR, and the daily operations of the Workforce Solutions team. This position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management, and deep understanding of information systems best practice. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate visible momentum is a must.
Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from the Manager, Talent Insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information System, preferred. High School or GED, required.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years Information Systems, required. Management Information System; Broad knowledge of a variety of computer systems and technologies, required. Experience with Time Keeping and Attendance Systems, preferably Infor Workforce Management (WFM), preferred.

  • Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
