ABOUT THE ROLE
Talent Solutions is looking for a Workforce Specialist to join our Talent Hub to provide recruitment support across multiple accounts.
As a Workforce Specialist in the Talent Hub, you will support the activities of contingent labour engaged via multiple MSP programs, from onboarding to exit and all associated lifecycle activities in between. This includes developing and supporting relationships with MSP, Contingent Business Partners, Hiring Managers, suppliers and technology partners (VMS).
AS A VALUED MEMBER OF THE TALENT HUB YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support lifecycle activities throughout a worker’s assignment - tenure management, renewals and extensions, financial management including rate negotiations and Award interpretations, time and expense management and workforce and supplier education
- Support completion of onboarding activities for multiple MSPs, including but not limited to: requisition management, reference checks and compliance paperwork in ATS and VMS systems
- Support offboarding activities for workers
- Develop an understanding of the Hiring Manager’s portfolios
- An interest to help out with various projects at times
- Develop training guides and SOPs when required
