Job Description
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Language: English level B1/B2 and Romanian - level;
- Average IT skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- High sense of responsibility, patience, assertiveness, empathy;
- The ability to organize and make decisions;
- Flexibility and determination in solving customer requests;
- Ability to work under pressure and good team involvement;
- Logical thinking and analytical skills;
- Confident and eager to learn;
- Very good communication skills (empathy, active listening, persuasion, etc.), positive attitude;
- Proactive and responsible in completing all assigned tasks;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Previous customer experience is an advantage.
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Provides information and assistance to customers in Romanian and English using communication sources: calls, tickets, chat, etc.
- Answer, monitor and track all requests to ensure appropriate response and quality of service;
- Record all details related to interactions with customers in the ticketing system and contribute to the development of the database with information related to the service;
- Represents the company’s image and respects the company’s Internal Regulations, policies and work instructions of the service;
- Perform additional tasks related to the Service or additional services (eg support for other colleagues/countries/locations/new services/improving FAQs, etc.);
- Meets service performance indicators;
- Participates in the development and continuous improvement of processes and services;
- Performs any other tasks related to the area of responsibility, at the request of the direct superior;
- Reads, understands and applies the procedures in the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
