Our Category and Purchasing team strives to offer our customers the best in class and trendiest products in all our online domains. As our Working Student (all genders), you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills as well as your understanding of the Beauty Industry and the e-commerce market. You will support the team with their daily tasks, market research & performance analyses.

YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Enrollment in business administration, economics or a similar field of studies
• Fluent in German and English
• Availability to work with us for at least one year for 20 hours per week
• Experienced with MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel)
• Affinity for numbers and an analytical way of thinking
• An independent, responsible way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Passion for beauty, especially for the haircare category

• You work closely with the Category and Purchasing Managers and are responsible for the end to end process of onboarding new products and brands
• You track order status and define action when orders are delayed
• You support your team with operational tasks and maintain product related data up to date (i.e. out of stocks, product visuals, etc.)
• You are in direct communication with our suppliers (ie. collection of needed product data)
• You support the creation of our weekly category and brand performance reportings
