We’re looking for you to join the Labour & Operational Efficiencies Team as soon as possible.

Tasks

• In the area of “Labor & Operational Efficiency”, you’ll support the maintenance and further development of complex reports and thus ensure transparency about the current financial status in relation to our targets.
• The preparation and presentation of clear and meaningful presentations for the management team is part of your area of responsibility: This includes the calculation and analysis of KPIs for regular monthly meetings with management
• You support the release of orders by checking whether the requested services / goods are budgeted
• You support the monthly closing and prepare monthly reports independently
• You’re welcome to contribute to the ongoing identification of optimization potential and the further development of our controlling tools

Requirements

• You’re a registered student in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance or controlling
• You preferably have some practical experience in controlling functions, e.g. through previous internships
• You describe yourself as a team player with an international mindset
• You’re confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and have ideally already worked with SAP
• Your strengths are your strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You’re interested in long-term collaboration and have a good command of English (both verbal and written)
