Our Corporate Security team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION, YOU SHOULD FULFIL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in German and English as a key part of our international team, you must be able to communicate effectively in both languages
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Excel and MS Power Point, as well as SEO experience
- Enthusiasm for security and interest and passion for security, emergency response and business continuity is essential
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- As a working student on the Corporate Security team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by taking on a variety of important tasks. You will gain hands-on experience and work closely with our experts while being an important part of our security efforts
- Your primary role will be to develop procedures, workflows and reports that the team uses to monitor, manage and develop the implementation and performance of our processes
- You will utilise your skills in incorporating legislation into everyday work and your knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point to provide information and procedures for practical implementation to the Security Officers, in collaboration with the Corporate Security Branch
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to these topics: KRITIS Dachgesetz (NIS-2), networking of security structures and authorities and further development of security aspects, adapted to the overall global situation
- Process Documentation: Learn and use Symbio Web to document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency in our security operations
- Security Report Creation and Review: Contribute to the creation and review of security reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to help report project status and make sure security considerations are integrated effectively
- Event Security: Support our Event Security Management efforts by participating in Business Impact Analyses, reporting, and reviewing to ensure our business remains resilient in the face of challenges
