Responsibilities:

As a Working Student on the Customer Care Operations team, you’ll be working closely together with our Frontline Operations Team, Back Office Team and our Vendor Partners around the world. You will be part of a highly motivated team in which having fun is just as important as helping our Partners in their daily tasks.

As a Working Student, Customer Care Operations you will…

  • Answer customer support emails and general customer enquiries
  • Organize paper work and customer letters
  • Work together with stakeholders inside and outside of Customer Care to solve customer enquiries
  • Have the opportunity to implement and improve Customer Care back office processes to elevate our Customer Service experience
