As a working student, we offer you the opportunity to gain an insight into the working world of a leading global supply chain service provider with over 90 locations in 13 countries and to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. Of course, we will familiarize you step by step with your new area of responsibility so that you can actively support us as quickly as possible with the tasks and projects that arise on a daily basis.
We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the Data Analytics department at our Group headquarters in Wallau (Hofheim am Taunus, near Frankfurt am Main, Mainz and Wiesbaden) at the earliest possible date.

What you will move with us

  • Data Extraction and Transformation: Assist in collecting data from various sources, cleaning, and transforming it into the required format for analysis.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct basic analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data, and develop simple hypotheses.
  • Power BI Development: Help create and update data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
  • Data Validation and Verification: Support in conducting data quality checks and verifying data integrity under guidance.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide them with data-driven insights and solutions. Communicate results to internal teams with support.

What moves us

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Initial experience or coursework in data analysis and modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Interest in using Power BI and willingness to further develop your skills in this area.
  • Understanding of basic concepts in databases and data architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful visualizations.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high creativity.
  • Good communication skills in English and German.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
