Your tasks
Besides your passion for software development you know the value of high-quality software and you are interested in enhancing your skills in this direction? You want to work in an international software project and set the foundation for your future career? Then this is the place to be for you!
You support our software development process by implementing the test automation strategy, develop coding standards, create a ruleset for static code analysis and build dashboards to provide transparency of the current level of quality. You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues and will work with us on various problems in a hybrid working environment.
As part of a working student position Software Development / Quality with the earliest possible start date, we offer the opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with different facets of practice for 6-12 months. Weekly working hours are 15-20 hours per week and can be agreed individually. The main part of the work takes place in our project location Hanover, although work can also be done remotely.

Your tasks include:

• Implementing the test automation strategy on all test levels
• Developing a ruleset for static code analysis
• Building dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
• Supporting with further tasks and special topics within the software development process

Your profile

• Intermediate or advanced stages of academic degree in IT studies, e.g., informatics or business informatics or comparable education or apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, independent work
