WORK EXPERIENCE

We are preferably looking for a working student with prior work experience as a student worker in a similar field. It’s a great opportunity for any motivated engineering student who wishes to gain more practical development experiences. We look forward to your application!

Responsibilities:

As a Development Working Student (f/m/d) for Strategic Development Projects (part of Strategic Projects team), you will be part of a technology-focused team that was built to help shape the future generations of SAP software. The team focuses on a variety of different development projects with high visibility and high standards, including requests and projects initiated by SAP’s CTO.
From the very beginning, you will be given responsibility and be able to contribute your own ideas to the projects in a creative and valuing environment. In addition to your main project, you will also be invited to explore and support other activities of our team depending on your own interest area. The weekly working time will preferably be 15 – 20 hours.
Under supervision of senior developers, you will have the chance to directly interact with stakeholders and users to perform all necessary tasks which will include Requirement engineering, Software design, implementation, testing and deployment.

As a Working Student - Developer, your tasks will include:

  • Gain hands-on development experience
  • Work in a cross-functional team with other students and experienced colleagues
  • Ensure excellent quality and uphold high standards throughout the development process
  • Get insights on high-priority projects and work with executive stakeholders
  • Learn about new technologies
